ORDERED that the order on certification dated November 3, 2025, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certificaiton is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Jieying Pan from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 27, 2025. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Martha Schneiderman, dated October 17, 2025, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:
