Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 30, 2023. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appendix is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before February 6, 2026, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing Supreme Court NYSCEF Document Nos. 98 through 100, 102 through 106, 108 through 113, 115 through 116, and 119 through 122, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental appendix and upload a digital copy of the supplemental appendix, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
