(Proceeding No. 1) In the Matter of Mackenzie K. (Anonymous). Nassau County Department of Social Services, petitioner-appellant; Stephanie K. (Anonymous), et al., respondents-respondents. (Proceeding No. 2) (Docket Nos. NA-8852-2022, NA-8853-2022)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Family Court, Nassau County, entered September 17, 2025. By order to show cause dated November 3, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that no appeal lies from a judgment entered upon a decision and order of this Court which disposes of all of the issues in the action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701[a][1]).
