Appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 28, 2022, May 3, 2023, February 2, 2024, March 12, 2024, May 30, 2024, and October 23, 2024, respectively, and an amended judgment of the same court dated October 20, 2025. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the appellants to stay the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders dated May 30, 2024, and October 23, 2024, and the amended judgment are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated May 30, 2024, and October 23, 2024, are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the amended judgment, and on or before February 11, 2026, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-1427, in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-09355 and 2024-12459 on the covers, the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which contains the amended judgment, the notice of appeal from the amended judgment, and Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-14271, in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-09355 and 2024-12459, on the cover; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated February 28, 2022, May 3, 2023, February 2, 2024, and March 12, 2024, will be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated May 30, 2024, and October 23, 2024, and the amended judgment and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
