It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant for an extension of time to perfect the instant appeal is granted. The respondent-appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before the May 2026 term, the filing deadline for which is March 11, 2026.
