DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2025. By order to show cause dated November 19, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see Family Ct Act § 1112), without costs or disbursements.

LASALLE, P.J., VOUTSINAS, LOVE and HOM, JJ., concur.
