Appeal and cross-appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 2, 2025. By decision and order dated July 9, 2025, the appeal and cross-appeal were dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision.
