| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Jose Martinez pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 25, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time for Jose Martinez to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated April 25, 2025, is extended until February 13, 2026; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
