DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 23, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 27, 2019. Motion by the appellant Frederick Piesco, Jr., inter alia, to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. Motion by the appellant Patricia Finn, inter alia, to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. Motion by the respondent to impose sanctions upon the appellants. Cross-motion by the appellant Frederick E. Piesco, Jr. to impose sanctions upon the attorney for the respondent and for leave to renew the appeal.
