On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated April 20, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Kings County, dated March 28, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120" and substituting therefor the words "Judiciary Law § 35".
