Appeal and cross-appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2025, and appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the same court dated September 9, 2025, respectively. Motion by Ohel Elozer, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the purported order dated May 21, 2025, pending hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal. Motion by Congregation Beth Jacob Ohev Sholom, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the purported order dated May 21, 2025, pending the hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal. Motion by Ohel Elozer, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 9, 2025, pending the hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal. Motion by Congregation Beth Jacob Ohev Sholom, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 9, 2025, pending the hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the purported order dated May 21, 2025, is dismissed, without costs and disbursements, on the ground that it has been superseded by the order dated September 21, 2025; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Ohel Elozer, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the purported order dated May 21, 2025, pending the hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal, and the motion by Congregation Beth Jacob Ohev Sholom, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the purported order dated May 21, 2025, pending hearing and determination of that appeal and cross-appeal, are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 9, 2025, are denied.
