On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated January 21, 2026, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 30, 2025, is amended by deleting from the second sentence the words, "Hani M. Moskowitz, dated October 9, 2025," and substituting therefor the words "Theresa A. Spinillo, dated December 4, 2025,".
