Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 7, 2024. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the judgment with an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 12, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the defendant's application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 12, 2025, is being denied by decision and order on application decided herewith.
