Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as respondent seeks an extension of time to file an answer is granted to the extent that respondents shall file and serve an answer on or before January 16, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's brief shall be filed and served on or before February 17, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents' brief shall be filed and served on or before March 18, 2026, and
