Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims, dated December 16 2024, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 6, 2026, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is denied on the ground that claimant is requesting an impermissible advisory opinion (see Cuomo v Long Is. Light. Co., 71 NY2d 349, 354 [1988]; Matter of Komarek v Planning Bd. of Middlesex, 174 AD3d 1351, 1352 [4th Dept 2019]).
