Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6) (denominated a motion pursuant to CPL 460.30) to extend the time to serve the notice of appeal for a judgment of the Jefferson County Court, rendered January 21, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed in the Jefferson County Clerk's Office on February 6, 2025, which lists the indictment number as 23-450 and the sentence date as January 23, 2025, shall be treated as valid as to indictment number 70809-23/001 and the sentence date of January 21, 2025, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and defendant is directed to serve the notice of appeal filed on February 6, 2025, on the Jefferson County District Attorney on or before February 20, 2026.
