Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief, for an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 (c) (e), and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered November 20, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is dismissed as moot, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 (c) (e) is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests other relief is dismissed.
