Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 16, 2025, which dismissed an appeal from a "judgment" of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated November 13, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
It appears that no judgment has been entered in this case, and no appeal lies from a decision (see UDCA 1702). Appellant, if she be so advised, may seek to have a judgment properly entered and take an appeal therefrom.
