Respondent having moved to strike the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered June 8, 2022, or, alternatively, for an extension of time to file a respondent's brief and for the appeal to be removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on February 23, 2026,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a respondent's brief is granted, and the time is extended to March 27, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the day calendar for March 4, 2026, and the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on May 11, 2026.
