| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 29, 2019. Motion by the appellants to substitute Kings County Public Administrator, as administrator of the estate of Semyon Davidkin, for the deceased respondent Semyon Davidkin, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Semyon Davidkin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Kings County Public Administrator, as administrator of the estate of Semyon Davidkin, is substituted for the deceased respondent Semyon Davidkin, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Semyon Davidkin is vacated.
