DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 13, 2024. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to strike stated portions of the appellants' brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike stated portions of the appellants' brief is granted to the extent that the material on page 3 of the appellants' brief consisting of the words "See N.Y.C. Dep't of Transp., New York City Automated Speed Enforcement Program 2022 Report ("2022 Report") at 2, 4, archived at https://perma.cc/H923-A8M6" and footnote 2 of the appellants' brief are stricken, and on or before March 2, 2026, the appellants shall serve and file a replacement brief that does not contain the stricken material and is in other respects the same as the brief previously filed via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement brief and upload digital copies of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and that branch is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before April 1, 2026, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
