Appeals by Francisco Maldonado from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated December 19, 2025.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2026-00604 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511), and on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2026-00612 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
