Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2024, and August 7, 2024, respectively. Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order dated March 13, 2024. Separate motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order dated August 7, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before March 2, 2026, the plaintiffs-respondents shall serve and file their respondents' briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
