Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 26, 2025. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the appellant's child support obligation with respect to the parties' youngest child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant for a preference in the parties' calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, in effect, to stay enforcement of the appellant's child support obligation with respect to the parties' youngest child and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
