Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 26, 2024. Motion by the respondents Kenneth Pettus, Leroy Brown, Rashid Walker, Lynwood E. Deans, Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Hempstead, and Incorporated Village of Hempstead, to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the respondents Faith Baptist Church of Hempstead, New York and 145 North Franklin LLC, to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before March 4, 2026, the respondents Kenneth Pettus, Leroy Brown, Rashid Walker, Lynwood E. Deans, Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Hempstead, and Incorporated Village of Hempstead, and the respondents Faith Baptist Church of Hempstead, New York and 145 North Franklin LLC, shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
