| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 13, 2025. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, to remand the subject children to the care and custody of the appellant, and to issue a fully stay-away order of protection on behalf of the subject children against the respondent Raphaline J., pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed, the subject children are remanded to the care and custody of the appellant, and the respondent Raphaline J., shall continue to follow the terms of the temporary order of protection dated December 18, 2024, directing her to stay away from the subject children, except for court ordered access, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
