Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered February 14, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 14 days from the date of this order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within seven days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
