(Index No. 24542/2010)
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2022, and order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated May 23, 2022. The appeal from the order and judgment (one paper) has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
