DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by James F. and Mary M. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 14, 2022. Motion by Mary M., inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic. Motion by James F., inter alia, to impose sanctions against counsel for petitioner-respondent and counsel for respondent-respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Mary M. and the motion by James F. and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the petitioner-respondent and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by James F. which is to impose sanctions against counsel for petitioner-respondent and counsel for respondent-respondent is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
