Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated March 4, 2024. Motion by the attorney for the child Annalyse W. for leave to serve and file a replacement brief. Motion by the non-respondent Yvonne W. for leave to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the child Annalyse W. and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the motion by Yvonne W. and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the child Annalyse W. is granted, and on or before March 11, 2026, the child, Annalyse W. shall serve and file the replacement brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant may serve and file a replacement reply brief on or before March 26, 2026, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement reply brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and, upon the filing of the replacement reply brief, the appellant's previously filed reply brief will be stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the non-respondent Yvonne W. is denied.
