Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2024, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2024. Motion by the appellant to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, for waiver of costs, fees, expenses, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
