Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 17, 2023, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue the motions which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 13, 2023.
