Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated April 29, 2022, which was dismissed in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2022, for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated July 11, 2022, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
