Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 25, 2024. The appeal by CSPN Builders, Inc., CSPN Paliuras Construction Corp., and Spiro Paliuras was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants Caliber Control Inspection Inc. and Anthony John Stacom Inc., R.A., to extend the time to perfect their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
