Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 19, 2025. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents is denied; and it is further,
