Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of a hearing officer at the Green Haven Correctional Facility dated January 12, 2018, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated March 25, 2020. Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue the proceeding.
