ORDERED that the order on certification dated February 6, 2026, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeals by Tzu-Hsuan Wang from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated July 25, 2025. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Christopher P. Nalley, dated January 15, 2026, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:
