Motion by appellant to continue a stay of execution of the sentence, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Nassau County on May 29, 2025, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 15, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay of execution of the sentence is extended by 120 days from the date of this order.
