DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 30, 2021, and July 6, 2021, respectively. Motion by the Christian Kelly, as administrator of the estate

of Pamela Kelly, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Pamela Kelly, to amend the caption accordingly, and, in effect, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Pamela Kelly and upon the death of the respondent Michael Torossian.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute Christian Kelly, as the administrator of the estate of Pamela Kelly, for the deceased appellant Pamela Kelly, and to amend the caption accordingly are granted, Christian Kelly, as the administrator of the estate of Pamela Kelly is, substituted for the deceased appellant Pamela Kelly, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Pamela Kelly and upon the death of the respondent Michael Torossian is denied.
