Appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 12, 2017, and, by permission, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2022, and October 10, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the order dated October 10, 2025, with the appeals from the judgment and the order dated September 19, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order dated October 10, 2025, is consolidated with the appeals from the judgment and the order dated September 19, 2022.
