Appellant having moved for reargument of the orders of the Court, entered December 23, 2025, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered February 15, 2023, and reversing an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered February 15, 2023, and remitting the matter for a hearing, and for a stay of judgment pursuant to CPL 460.50,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks reargument is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay of judgment is dismissed (see CPL 460.50 [3]).
