Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County, rendered July 8, 2024, and for the appeal to be reinstated,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 27, 2026, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests the appeal be reinstated is dismissed as unnecessary.
