Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Orleans County Court, rendered January 8, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed in the Orleans County Clerk's Office on February 10, 2025, which lists the indictment number as 24-22, shall be treated as valid as to indictment number 70099-24/001, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal dated February 7, 2025, is deemed timely filed and served.
