Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek an order deeming the record on appeal settled are denied without prejudice to timely appeals from the orders of Supreme Court settling the record on appeal (see Meyer v Doyle Chevrolet, 234 AD2d 1016, 1016 [4th Dept 1996]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek other relief are denied.
