Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 2, 2024. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 24, 2025, the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment. The appellants have not filed the supplemental record containing the judgment.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 24, 2025, by serving and filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before March 5, 2026; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
