DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered November 14, 2024. Motion by Benjamin Greenwald for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the appellant has not retained Benjamin Greenwald to represent her on the appeal, and the appellant was assigned different counsel to represent her on the appeal by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2025.
