Appeal from a purported judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 22, 2024. By order to show cause dated September 3, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed the ground that no judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 22, 2024, was issued in the above-entitled matter.
Now, upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
