Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated July 7, 2025, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appeals were untimely taken.
