| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 27, 2023, and December 29, 2023, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the of the same court, entered July 5, 2024, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 20, 2025. Motion by the appellant to reargue the appeals or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay all proceedings "relating to this case, including proceedings for eviction," pending hearing and determination of the motion to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, in effect, to stay all proceedings "relating to this case, including proceedings for eviction," pending hearing and determination of the motion to reargue the appeal, is denied as academic.
