Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 13, 2022, a judgment of the same court both dated June 17, 2025, and decision of the same court dated June 17, 2025.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated May 13, 2022, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before April 6, 2026; if she be so advised, the appellant Victoria Naclerio may make a motion, via NYSCEF, on or before April 6, 2026, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon counsel by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
